Private instruction gets result

We recommend an introductory series of private lessons for all clients new to Somaspace. Choose your preference of Pilates or Gyrotonic, and receive a one-on-one workout tailored entirely to your needs. All workouts at Somaspace include a full-body workout with intentional focus, and our approach is exceptionally effective for gaining strength, flexibility and body awareness.
