Blaire is passionate about changing bodies and lives. After sustaining injuries from a car accident nearly 20 years ago, Blaire credits her daily Pilates practice for healing and correcting imbalances while keeping her fit and active.

The Romana’s Pilates method, combined with her empathy for those recovering from injuries, allows her to have a genuine and intuitive approach to teaching. With every student, she takes the time to understand their personal goals, as well as any injuries, aches, or pains.
In a very short period of time, Blair helped me strengthen my deep abdominals, which surprisingly helped relieve my hip and knee pain. She has an eagle's eye for alignment and control, and my life is the better for it!
Blaire's lessons focus on deep strengthening through healthy alignment and functional exercises. As a teacher, her goal is to help students learn to make meaningful mind-body connections they can take with them long after sessions end. Utilizing the entire Pilates method, she creates a tailored workout specific to each client.
Outside the studio, Blaire enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, listening to live music around South Austin, nurturing her green thumb in the garden, and traveling the world.
