Blaire is passionate about changing bodies and lives. Her Pilates lessons focus on strengthening through healthy alignment and functional exercises, and her students learn to make meaningful mind body connections that apply to all aspects of their lives.

Blaire credits her daily personal Pilates practice for helping correct imbalances and heal from injuries sustained in a car accident nearly 20 years ago. She is a compassionate teacher who wants her clients to realize how good their bodies are designed to feel.
In a very short period of time, Blair helped me strengthen my deep abdominals, which surprisingly helped relieve my hip and knee pain. She has an eagle's eye for alignment and control, and my life is the better for it!
As a Pilates purist, Blaire's workouts are focused and efficient, emphasizing suppleness and grace. Her clients benefit by developing skills that are reflected in the way they walk, play and work.
Blaire began teaching in 2012 while training with The Pilates Center of Boulder. She has since completed a second comprehensive certification through Romana's Pilates.
